Welcome to our website. Our mission is to promote personal health, well-being, and equality at work and in life. We offer holistic, healthier lifestyle choices. Life can be very traumatic, and we have increased emphasis on stress reduction and wellness initiatives.
We believe in equality, diversity, and inclusion, recognising, respecting, and valuing differences in people.
Life can be challenging, and many of us feel anxious and stressed, have trouble sleeping, and lack the resilience to make the most straightforward decisions. Don't hesitate to contact me today to discuss any of these issues that may 'drag you down' and find a 'way to move forward'.

At New Horizons, we work with you to reduce and manage your stress and anxiety, increase your resilience, and help you manage any neurodiverse issues. I have been active as a diversity and inclusion practitioner for over 16 years. I offer assessment and coaching for ADHD,
I deliver training and consultancy work to various organisations, such as Scot.Gov, Ricefields, Education Scotland, SAMEE, Interfaith, and the King's Foundation at Dumfries House.

King's Foundation at Dumfries House, Centre of Well-being
I have been consulting at Dumfries House for several years, working with groups and individuals to overcome everyday issues such as pain, weight control and sleep. I have just completed a session entitled 'Living Well with Pain'.
