We are delighted to present our updated EDI training programme, which includes an introduction to culturally sensitive, responsive practice.

Stress, Anxiety, Neurodiversity, ADHD: We live in a challenging world at the moment. At New Horizons, we work with you to reduce and manage your stress and anxiety, increase your resilience, and help you manage any neurodiverse issues. I have been active as a diversity and inclusion practitioner for over 16 years. I offer assessment and coaching for ADHD,
I deliver training and consultancy work to various organisations, such as Scot.Gov, Ricefields, Education Scotland, SAMEE, Interfaith, and the King's Foundation at Dumfries House.

King's Foundation at Dumfries House, Centre of Well-being
I have been consulting at Dumfries House for several years, working with groups and individuals to overcome everyday issues such as pain, weight control and sleep. I have just completed a session entitled 'Living Well with Pain'.
Personal and professional coaching for well-being, resilience and empowerment.
