We live in what has been described as 'VUCA' world, a world that is volatile, uncertain, chaotic, and ambiguous. As we write this page (January 2023), it seems as if our lives, community, and our country have been turned upside down and shaken. We talk about the 'new normal.' However, finding ways to de-stress, relax, and gain resilience is necessary.

  • skill sessions, including relaxation and mindfulness techniques

  • creating a personal action plan and a ‘mental health first aid box'
